Phil Mims | President & Director
Phil Mims began by raising himself up from a humble upbringing in Indiana. Mr. Mims spent 17 years in the wholesale jewelry industry, building from scratch a profitable business in the very competitive diamond world. Along the way, he was fortunate enough to find network marketing and immediately recognized it as the perfect vehicle to take his family into the future, without limits. Now, with more than 20 years of experience, his resume includes growing massive downlines in everything from water filters to telecommunications. After an extended stay at one company where Mr. Mims built a downline of several hundred thousand representatives, he spent the next several years helping to build a company that now does nearly a hundred million dollars a year in business. The active rep base at this company is almost completely populated with the downlines of the reps which Mr. Mims introduced to the company. He then spent some time owning and building a popular Hotel/Bed and Breakfast resort business in Ouray, Colorado called the Black Bear Manor. But it was past the time when just making money was enough. After serving and leading so many, Mr. Mims set his sights on giving back to the world for all that he's received, and the new Nussentials was born. Phil aims to feed a million starving children a year through the company's sales, while helping thousands of families build a very nice income along the way.

Dr. Kevin Pine | Vice President of Strategy / Field Development
Born and educated through his college years in New York City, Dr. Pine received his graduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He spent the next 12 years in the practice of dentistry in San Francisco, part of that time on the faculty of the University of California. Desiring of a greater outlet for entrepreneurial interests, in 1990 at the age of 37, he "discovered" relationship marketing through a close friend, and subsequently retired from dentistry to pursue building his network marketing business full time. He enjoyed great success there along with his peer, colleague, and now President of Nussentials, Mr. Phil Mims. Kevin brings with him 18 plus years of experience in coaching independent representatives to reach their financial goals.

Kelley V. Kirker | Vice President of Operations & Director
Mr. Kirker has served in various capacities for Nussentials Corporation since November, 2004. He has served as president of Ongoing Solutions, a business consulting firm, since April, 2004. Prior to Ongoing Solutions, Mr. Kirker served as a Director and COO for ITIS Holdings, Inc. from 1999 to May 2004. Mr. Kirker has over eighteen years of experience in software programming, document management and content development with ITIS, Inc. Mr. Kirker served ITIS, Inc. in various capacities, including Vice President of Programming and Production, 1987 - 1994; President / COO from 1994 - 2000; and CEO from October 1, 1999 to June 2002. Prior to ITIS, Inc., Mr. Kirker worked approximately five years as a programmer analyst and senior programmer for Texaco, Inc., in its computer and information services area. Mr. Kirker holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
Michael Hluchanek | Vice President of Technology & Director
Mr. Hluchanek has over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has served in various capacities for Nussentials Corporation since January, 2005. He has served as a partner of Ongoing Solutions, a business consulting firm, since June 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Hluchanek held various positions for ITIS, Inc. including Vice President of Programming from 1987 - 2004. Prior to ITIS, Mr. Hluchanek worked six years as a programmer and programmer analyst for Texaco, Inc. Mr. Hluchanek graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in 1981 with a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Kara Kirker | Secretary/Treasurer
Mrs. Kirker has served in various capacities for Nussentials since 2004 and as the Secretary/Treasurer of Nussentials since January, 2007. She has served as the Treasurer of ITIS Holdings, Inc. since October, 1999. She also served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of National Law Library, Inc. from October 1999 to 2002. From January 1994 through November 1998, Ms. Kirker served as the CFO, controller and treasurer of Litidex, Inc. From 1981 to 1994, Ms. Kirker served as assistant treasurer of Stone & Webster Oil Company, Inc. in the revenue accounting area.
